Hi folks, my name is Ernie Galarza. I’m the General Manager of DELLA Mitsubishi on Della Drive in Plattsburgh, NY. And I’m making this video because I want everybody to know not only how proud I am of the Mitsubishi store but why you should as a consumer visit them.
First of all, it’s not the warranty! Even though I’ll tell you what, they have one heck of a warranty! It’s 5 years 60,000 miles comprehensive and it’s 10 years 100,000 mile power train. It’s not only the pricing; the pricing is excellent! It’s very, very hard to beat a Mitsubishi deal! Between the rebates and what you get for your money, there is value there.
But more importantly is my staff and I am talking to you straight. I’m letting you know what I really think of them. They are wonderful! They are honest, they are straight-forward, they are hard-working! Everybody from sales to service to the parts department, they all care! Why does that matter to you? Because you work hard for your money! Why would you spend your money with people that really don’t care after they get it?
So I want you to read their Google reviews. I want you to read their Facebook reviews. I want you to check out what your friends and neighbors are saying about DELLA Mitsubishi. Then, make your own decision. Before you buy anything else, your money is good anywhere, but before you decide to do that, at least stop in. See what they have to say. See what they have to offer. Take a test drive! Let them discuss your situation with them. And maybe they can come up with a solution that will make you happy and you can get yourself one of the top rated vehicles in the world.
So again, even though I am the GM of the store, and I have a vested interest in this, you know what? I sell a lot of different cars with a lot of different makes. And I am very proud of that brand, I am very proud of those people. Please, give them a shot! See what you say and maybe you are going to go home and you are going to be writing your own review!
