Drivers in Plattsburgh, NY know that the most convenient way to keep up with routine maintenance is to schedule service at their local Mitsubishi dealer. Certified service from a trained Mitsubishi mechanic guarantees your repairs are left in expert hands, which means you can feel confident about the performance of your vehicle on the road. 1. Brake Service Car Technicians Brakes are an essential component for the overall safety of your vehicle. While your brake system should last for several years, routine maintenance to assess your brake pads and rotors is important. You may need brake service if your brakes are noisy when they are applied. 2. Battery Service The battery in your vehicle is intended to last for at least three to four years. When the battery in your car is failing, you may have trouble with your ignition or other vehicle components. Battery service can analyze the health of your battery or replace it. 3. Tire Service The tires on your car can last for several years. However, to maximize the life of your tires, you should have routine tire service to ensure the tread on all tires is wearing down evenly. If the tread is low on your tires, your Mitsubishi mechanic may recommend replacing them. Part of your tire service can include aligning your wheels, balancing your tires, and rotating your tires. 4. Oil Service The motor oil in your engine keeps your engine lubricated, clean, and free from corrosion. You should generally schedule an oil change at least one to two times a year based on your driving habits and the type of oil in your engine. Part of the oil service may include cleaning or replacing the oil filter, checking for leaks, and more. 5. Transmission Service Service for your transmission is part of routine maintenance that ensures the transmission is operating efficiently to help reduce fuel consumption. During this service, transmission fluid is checked and replaced, the filter is replaced, the transmission pan is cleaned, and other parts of the transmission are examined. 6. Engine Service Engine service can address specific issues your engine may be having with ignition, rough idling, knocking, or misfiring. If you aren't sure why your engine is performing poorly, a Mitsubishi mechanic can conduct an engine diagnostic to pinpoint the cause of your engine troubles. 7. Tune-Up Service Your dealership can also perform tune-up services. A tune-up for your vehicle is a type of preventative maintenance that ensures each part of your engine is in optimal condition. During a tune-up, parts such as the oxygen sensor, spark plug wires, and the air and fuel filters are replaced. Essential services ensure your car is in optimal working condition. Hi folks, my name is Ernie Galarza. I’m the General Manager of DELLA Mitsubishi on Della Drive in Plattsburgh, NY. And I’m making this video because I want everybody to know not only how proud I am of the Mitsubishi store but why you should as a consumer visit them. First of all, it’s not the warranty! Even though I’ll tell you what, they have one heck of a warranty! It’s 5 years 60,000 miles comprehensive and it’s 10 years 100,000 mile power train. It’s not only the pricing; the pricing is excellent! It’s very, very hard to beat a Mitsubishi deal! Between the rebates and what you get for your money, there is value there. But more importantly is my staff and I am talking to you straight. I’m letting you know what I really think of them. They are wonderful! They are honest, they are straight-forward, they are hard-working! Everybody from sales to service to the parts department, they all care! Why does that matter to you? Because you work hard for your money! Why would you spend your money with people that really don’t care after they get it? So I want you to read their Google reviews. I want you to read their Facebook reviews. I want you to check out what your friends and neighbors are saying about DELLA Mitsubishi. Then, make your own decision. Before you buy anything else, your money is good anywhere, but before you decide to do that, at least stop in. See what they have to say. See what they have to offer. Take a test drive! Let them discuss your situation with them. And maybe they can come up with a solution that will make you happy and you can get yourself one of the top rated vehicles in the world. So again, even though I am the GM of the store, and I have a vested interest in this, you know what? I sell a lot of different cars with a lot of different makes. And I am very proud of that brand, I am very proud of those people. Please, give them a shot! See what you say and maybe you are going to go home and you are going to be writing your own review! And it will be a 5 star review and you are going to sit there and say you know what, “Ernie told me the truth!” Thanks for listening!
